Liverpool will hope 2015/16 will bring a change of fortunes after the club endured a season to forget last time out, even though they returned to the Champions League.
A second-place finish in 2013/14 prompted genuine hope that the title could finally be on its way back to Anfield, but the departure of Luis Suarez, injuries to Daniel Sturridge and relatively poor business in the transfer market saw Liverpool limp to sixth.
Brendan Rodgers has moved early this summer to make three signings already, and with their fixture list now revealed below, fans can begin to look towards more positive results.
Here are some of the highlights from Liverpool's fixture list to look out for:
