Everton have been one of the form teams in the country so far, winning all six of their matches in all competitions and making it three from three last weekend, in which Dominic Calvert-Lewin continued his goalscoring run before netting a hat-trick in the midweek Carabao Cup victory over West Ham.
Ancelotti does have a number of injury concerns on his hands though, including summer signing Allan, and Brighton will fancy their chances of an upset after resting the bulk of their squad during the week. Follow the live updates below.

90 mins: Three minutes added time. Maupay is played into the box and shoots but Mina comes out of nowhere to throw himself in front of the ball. He blocks the shot and Maupay can’t believe he hasn’t scored.
87 mins: Brighton play a short corner quickly as Everton are unprepared but Walcott comes to the rescue and runs breaks. Calvert-Lewin is up with him but he passes it out to Doucoure. He cuts inside but is tackled.
84 mins: The Toffees are allowing Brighton to have the ball, they’re confident that they can defend the last few minutes. Veltman crosses the ball into the box and Pickford comes out and claims it.
81 mins: Everton are going to the top of the Premier League. A few eyes were rolling when Carlo Ancelotti said he wanted to get Everton into Europe. It doesn’t seem so crazy right now.
