Follow the latest updates live from the Premier League clash between Everton and Brighton and Hove Albion as Carlo Ancelotti’s side look to maintain their 100 per cent start to the season.

Everton have been one of the form teams in the country so far, winning all six of their matches in all competitions and making it three from three last weekend, in which Dominic Calvert-Lewin continued his goalscoring run before netting a hat-trick in the midweek Carabao Cup victory over West Ham.

Ancelotti does have a number of injury concerns on his hands though, including summer signing Allan, and Brighton will fancy their chances of an upset after resting the bulk of their squad during the week. Follow the live updates below.

Roy Hodgson’s Crystal Palace have looked in good touch this season, scoring five goals in their first three games.

When asked if he was doing anything different to bring about these results, Hodgson said:

"We’ve always created chances, we just haven’t always scored them. We’re trying to play with two front players rather than the one and the two wide players. I think sometimes that’s helpful in terms of your attacking play ,

“We still keep working on the same movements, on the same patterns, the same ideas but of course people’s impressions on your attacking play depends very much on how many goal chances you create and how many goals you score."

Ben Chilwell thinks his move to Chelsea is the ‘perfect’ step for him. The 23-year-old said on Thursday:

"I can’t get too carried away with the attacking side of things because I’m a defender first and foremost,

"But I feel like it’s just perfect for me here really.

“With the style of football we play, the players, the staff and the facilities I have around me I know that if I work hard I can really take my game to the next level here.”

Leicester manager, Brendan Rodgers, advised Ben Chilwell to make the move to Chelsea as it would take him ‘to the next level’.

Chelsea have conceded at least three goals in four of their past 10 league games, as many times as in their previous 56 matches.

They’ve brought in 28-year-old Edouard Mendy from Rennes and he starts today. Is he the answer to Chelsea’s defensive problems?

Chelsea are seeking a sixth consecutive league victory against Crystal Palace for the first time.

They’ve won seven of the past eight games at home in all competitions and six of those wins came with a clean sheet.

Liverpool’s win over the Blues two weeks ago the only loss in that run.

Crystal Palace got off to a blistering start this season with wins over Southampton and Manchester United but they suffered their first defeat of the year against Everton last week.

Roy Hodgson’s men have been playing with a full-chested confidence and will cause trouble for Chelsea today.
