2018 men's champion Djokovic begins his defence against unseeded Philipp Kohlschreiber before women's number two seed Naomi Osaka takes on Yuila Putintseva and Kyle Edmund wraps up the first day on Centre Court against Jaume Munar.
Last year's men's finalist Kevin Anderson begins his campaign on Monday, as does Stan Warwrinka, Alexander Zverev, Simona Halep and Venus Williams, who plays 15-year-old Cori Gauff.
There is no immediate damger of rain delaying any of the action in the first week of play with sun expected throughout the week.

Arguably the point of the match to open up the game - both players twisting side to side before Djokovic slices into the net.
At 30-15, Philipp absolutely rips the backhand continuously and Djokovic eventually cracks, going long.
Djokovic's return goes long on game point, and Philipp holds.
I have to say, the pace, power and intensity of the rallies early on is stunning - the crowd are absolutely gripped here.
