Cruiserweight Championship match
Buddy Murphy (C) v Tony Nese
It's our first action of the night and it'll be a superb way to get things going.
Australian Buddy Murphy has been a tremendous, fighting champion thus far, but New Yorker Nese has been on a heck of a run ahead of Wrestlemania.
First near fall!
Close for Murphy, who plants Nese and goes for a cover to retain, but the challenger manages to kick out.
It's has been high-impact stuff so far, and Nese has definitely brought his A-game to Wrestlemania.
Murphy gets some momentum building with some quick feet, but Nese counters with a stiff looking elbow.
Close call!
Nese nails a beautiful shooting star press off the top rope, but the champ manages to get a shoulder up.
Murphy builds again and hits his Murphy's Law finisher, but it's good ring awareness from Nese who gets a foot on the rope to break the count.
BREAKING: TONY NESE BECOMES CRUISERWEIGHT CHAMPION
We've started Wrestlemania with a shock!
After a German Suplex into the corner turnbuckle and a running knee, it's all over for Murphy. New champion crowned!
Let's battle!
The women of WWE are in the ring - it's time for the Women's Battle Royal!
Asuka and Naomi are among the last of the combatants to enter as the ring fills with humanity. It's busy in there!
Every woman for herself?
So far, it doesn't appear so. All three members of the Riott Squad have been teaming up to take out the competition.
But wait... what's this? Dana Brooke is on fire! She eliminates two of the trio!
BREAKING: CARMELLA WINS THE BATTLE ROYAL!
What a finish!
Sarah Logan, the remaining Riott Squad member, celebrates as she thinks she's won the whole thing, but she's not spotted the Princess of Staten Island, Carmella, lurking behind!
The two tangle a little but, with a telling blow, the former Smackdown Women's Champion eliminates Logan and claims victory!
