78 mins: Mason Mount receives the ball on the right wing for Chelsea and spins it towards goal before cutting inside and looking to play Kai Havertz into the box.

He slips the ball past Joe Gomez but Havertz can’t beat Alisson to the loose ball and the goalkeeper leaps on top of it.

75 mins: Trent Alexander-Arnold is introduced by Jurgen Klopp. He needs someone with more pace than James Milner to deal with the speed of Mykhailo Mudryk.

72 mins: Conor Gallagher has had a good day today. He’s been a nuisance for Liverpool and almost gets his rewards with a pinpoint cross over to the far side of the box.

Mykhailo Mudryk sneaks in behind James Milner and tries to control the ball instead of taking a shot. His first touch isn’t great and the winger knocks it out of play.

That would have been some goal.

63 mins: Badiashile starts a move for Chelsea and gives the ball to Jorginho in the middle of the pitch. He flicks the ball on to Conor Gallagher who sends the ball out wide for Mykhailo Mudryk.

Mudryk’s first touch is top heavy though and he knocks the ball into the penalty area where Alisson marshalls it out of play.
