Anthony Martial’s opener was cancelled out by Ruben Neves before Pogba wasted a chance to win it from the spot

8 minutes
Now they do combine and Raul Jimenez is like Marcel Hirscher, slaloming from pole to pole and past three or four would-be tacklers.
Corner kick to Wolves.
9 minutes
Off the capacious cranium of Harry Maguire the corner flies away, and then Daniel James wins a corner for Manchester United with a first dart down the right.
11 minutes
Aaron Wan-Bissaka's defensive solidity is a more commonly noted trait, but the former Crystal Palace man's ability in possession is another reason Manchester United were willing to pay the hefty price tag to secure their right-back spot for the foreseeable.
He's getting forward relatively often in these early stages and content to bite inside, leaving Daniel James the touchline and working tighter spaces.

Ping!
Raul Jimenez drops deep and deeper still, running back towards goal and then knocking a cross-pitch peach right on to the toe of a forward-moving Ryan Bennett, risky perhaps, but just about perfectly played.
It comes to nothing, of course, with Bennett immediately pushed back to his goalkeeper, but a reminder that there is plenty to the Mexican striker's game.
15 minutes
Paul Pogba wags his finger at Jon Moss after Diogo Jota makes a lot of a little tug on the arm from the Frenchman. A free kick in decent position for Joao Moutinho to deliver.
16 minutes
The cross drifts into the gravitational field of one Harry Maguire and is duly headed away.
Plenty of talent on show at Molineux, and a rather interested observer...
18 minutes
A pensive look from Anthony Martial, and understandably so - could he have got there?
Marcus Rashford ties Ryan Bennett and Matt Doherty in knots down the left and works more than half-a-yard for a finely crafted cross, and though Willy Bolly is in front of Martial he curiously ducks out of the way, but Martial has not fully committed to such an action and can't toe the ball in.
In the end, it skips about a yard past the far post. That wasn't far away at all.
20 minutes
Scott McTominay is dropping into something of an old left-half position, with Victor Lindelof just about level with him and Harry Maguire sweeping at times, enabling the two Manchester United full-backs to push on, which both seem keen to do at every opportunity.
On one such forward burst Luke Shaw is past Ryan Bennett and showing an impressive turn of pace before Conor Coady dashes across on the cover.
