42 mins: Man City look as though they’ve finally found their rhythm. Palmer feeds the ball into Torres with sends it out to Edozie. Edozie brings the ball into the box from the left before cutting it back for Gundogan. Gundogan sets himself and fires off a shot that goes high and wide.

39 mins: Pep Guardiola isn’t happy on the sidelines after Palmer is taken out by Bertrand. Both players attempted to win an aerial ball with the Man City player coming off worse yet the free kick was awarded to Leicester. Guardiola’s going ape at the decision and referee Paul Tierney isn’t having it. He comes across and books the Man City boss.

36 mins: Mahrez wins a free kick deep in Leicester’s half. Gundogan swings the ball into the penalty and finds Edozie at the back post. His header keeps the ball alive but Perez is first to it and boots it clear for Leicester.

33 mins: Leicester are running rings around Man City’s midfield but they can’t find a final pass. Ricardo brings the ball inside from the right and draws Mendy out of position. He gives the ball to Perez who runs into the vacant space before flicking a cross straight into the hands of Steffen in goal.

30 mins: This has been a good showing from Leicester so far. The crowd are right behind them, they’re giving Man City are game. Barnes nicks the ball off Palmer and links up Vardy on the left. He passes the ball up to the striker who holds the ball up waiting for Barnes’ run into the box. It comes but the winger can only poke an effort at goal before Ake intercepts and boots it behind.

24 mins: Another big chance for Leicester. Perez and Tielemans combine over on the left side and work the ball into the box. It drops for Jamie Vardy who hits a snapshot at goal but is denied by the body of Zack Steffen.

21 mins: Great chance for Leicester! Ndidi does well to keep the ball in midfield for Leicester, he knocks it to Maddison who chips a diagonal pass up the pitch for Ricardo bombing forward on the right. He plays the ball into the box where Ndidi arrives to cut it back to Perez. Perez shoots but only picks out the goalkeeper. Great move from Leicester City.

18 mins: Harvey Barnes draws Zack Steffen into a low save with a decent run inside from the left. He’s given the ball and manages to squeeze a shot in between Dias and Cancelo. Steffen sees it late but manages to turn the ball wide of the near post.

15 mins: Edozie and Mendy link up on the left side for Man City. The teenager setting Mendy free to swing a cross into the middle. Soyuncu is there to stop the ball from reaching Torres but his clearance goes out for a Man City corner.

Gundogan flicks the set piece out to the edge of the box where Mahrez brings the ball down and hits one on the half volley. He gets a decent enough connection but smokes the shot over the crossbar.

12 mins: Corner for Leicester. Ryan Bertrand whips it into the box and tries to pick out Ndidi. Ruben Dias squeezes in front of the Leicester man and heads the ball as far as Youri Tielemans. Tielemans fires the ball quickly back into the penalty area but his cross is dealt with as well.
