Barca have been off the pace this season, leading to Enrique to confirm he would leave at the end of the season, but they were back to their best on the weekend, scoring five goals against Celta Vigo – the amount that is required on Wednesday night.

Barcelona have new injury worries for what could be Enrique’s final Champions League as their manager, with only defenders Jeremy Mathieu and Aleix Vidal remaining sidelined.
PSG have received a triple boost ahead of the game with midfielders Adrien Rabiot, Angel Di Maria and Thiago Motta all available and have travelled to Barcelona after recovering from their respective injuries.

Lionel Messi. There are goals that need to be scored for Barcelona and Messi will be the centre of everything on Wednesday evening. Luis Suarez and Neymar will work off him but with the hosts needing at least four goals to take the game to extra time, you can be sure Messi will be in full attacking flow to ensure it happens.

Barcelona have progressed past the round of 16 in each of the last nine seasons, the longest run ever in the competition. The last time they failed to reach the quarter-finals was in 2006-07 against Liverpool.

67 min: Neymar goes down in the box under pressure from Verratti but the ref isn't having any of it and books the player for simulation. That's the eighth yellow card of the night...
70 min: To their credit, Barcelona remain defiant despite that crushing goal from Cavani. Messi, once again, sets off on another of his winding runs as he dips, ducks and dives his way through the PSG box... but to no avail. The options aren't on and he's eventually closed down as the visitors' defence manage to get a foot in to disrupt Barca's attack and clear the danger.
73 min: Free-kick for Barcelona, 15 yards out from PSG's box. Messi floats in but Silva is on hand to knock the ball back in the direction from which it came. The crowd is becoming more and more subdued... there's a sense it could be all over.
75 min: Chance for Messi! He shimmies to his right inside PSG's box and then pushes it onto his left, taking it round Silva in the process, before letting loose with a low-driven effort that zips across Trapp's goal mouth. It's off target though and the ref points for a goal-kick.
77 min: Another free-kick for Barcelona that is once again floated in dangerously to the centre of PSG's box. A miscommunication between Trapp and his backline handed Piqué an opportunity but the flag was up for offside - much to the evident dissatisfaction of the fans.
80 min: Slight scare for Barca as Mascherano heads back to his 'keeper with Cavani close behind in pursuit. The defender looked to have under-hit his back-pass but Ter Stegen read the situation well and claimed the ball before the PSG forward had any real chance of pouncing.
83 min: Seven minutes plus injury-time to go and it's still all Barcelona. Their belief and resilience is admirable but it'll take something amounting to a miracle to book their place in the quarters tonight.
