‘Thousands’ of pensioners missing out on more than £3,000, says Martin Lewis
Martin Lewis has warned that 800,000 British pensioners could be missing out on thousands in pension credit.
Speaking on The Martin Lewis Money Show, the MoneySavingExpert founder explained that Britons are eligible for pension credit if their weekly income is lower than £201.95 (£306.85 for someone with a partner).
Mr Lewis went on to reveal that the credits are worth an average of £3,500 a year.
"You should check - I'm not saying you will get it just that it's worth checking," he added.
