Frankie Edgar vs Jeremy Stephens
Round 3: Stephens starts with a leg kick and right jab that catches Frankie, with his corner telling him he needs to win this one, so we can expect him to attack. Edgar goes for the ground and has half-mount. This isn't where Stephens wants to be, but he tries to get a kimoura locked in and Edgar has to defend. he manages to get his arm free with a big elbow. Edgar takes Stephens' back and is in good position, but Stephens gets up to his feet. A second later he's back down as Edgar throws him like a rag doll. Now they're free and standing with two minutes to go, and Stephens land a big right overhand. He follows with a left punch, but he's tiring and Edgar's just staying out of range. The fight ends with both men slugging it out, but I reckon Edgar's got this in the bag.

Miesha Tate vs Raquel Pennington
We've got three - that's right, THREE - title fights to bring you later on, but right now we're kicking the main card off with the former bantamweight champion Miesha Tate against No 7 ranked Raquel Pennington. This bout will be of interest to a certain Ronda Rousey, who returned to the UFC at the weigh-in on Friday and will make her Octagon comeback at UFC 207 in two months time in her quest to take her title back.
Miesha Tate vs Raquel Pennington
With Rousey taking on current champion Amanda Nunes at 207, you get the idea that this one could well be an eliminator to take on the victor of that bout. Pennington heads out first, ear phones in and looking focused. For the third time this year, Tate takes to the Octagon having won the title at UFC 196 and lost it at UFC 200. Can she end the year on a high?
Miesha Tate vs Raquel Pennington
Round 1: Pennington ducks a Tate attack and pops up to land a strong left shot, and she's looking to pick Tate off at the moment to avoid getting into her former TUF coach's clutches. Tate's stunned a tad by a right jab, and she's already bruising up badly on the forehead. Tate gets the clutch up against the fence. Oh my! Pennington has Tate by the neck and picks her up by it! This is dangerous for Tate, but she recovers and gets the full takedown. That was brute strength from Pennington, but Tate did well to keep her composure after being fully upside down at one point. Pennington gets up, but gives up her back int he process and Tate's working against the fence to try work a submission position. A solid round from Tate as the hooter goes.
Miesha Tate vs Raquel Pennington
Round 2: Pennington stays on her feet between the rounds, and that's exactly where she's told to keep the fight - don't let it his the canvas. Pennington comes out with a right jab that connects, and is definitely dominating the stand-up battle. Miesha is eating punches in this round, but Tate gets Pennington pinned up on the fence once again. Pennington reverses the clinch though and has Tate's back, and uses the position to dish out a few more powerful right hands. This is much better from Pennington, but Tate spins around and delivers a knee. There's a little blood coming from Tate's nose, and as the 10-second clapper goes, Pennington breaks out and lands a couple of jabs before the end of the round.
