Your support makes all the difference.Europe have won the 2018 Ryder Cup after a thrilling afternoon in the Sunday singles. After coming into the final day 10-6 behind, USA upped the pressure with early points on the board with wins for Justin Thomas, Webb Simpson and Tony Finau.
But the Europeans held their nerve as Jon Rahm, Ian Poulter and Thorbjorn Olesen all won their matches, and they sealed the trophy when Francesco Molinari beat Phil Mickelson when the American conceded 16th tee.

Tommy Fleetwood vs Tony Finau (A/S)
Fleetwood holes a 15ft birdie putt on four to draw back level with Finau who missed the green at four.
Justin Rose vs Webb Simpson (1UP)
Two brilliant approaches to halve with birdies on the sixth.
Sergio Garcia (2UP) vs Rickie Fowler
Terrible tee-shot at the par-3 second by Fowler and it's a simple par for Sergio to go two from two.

Tommy Fleetwood vs Tony Finau (1UP)
Five holes down and not a single one has been halved in this match. It's a nervy one from Tommy Fleetwood who has just a tiddler to tie but it lips out.
Francesco Molinari (1UP) vs Phil Mickelson
The Italian has been unleashed. Of all the matches today he was the biggest favourite to win and that looks to be a fairly safe bet as Mickelson lips out for the half.
Ian Poulter (2UP) vs Dustin Johnson
Both players have around 10ft for birdie. Johnson went first and narrowly missed but Poulter doesn't let those escape. He's 2UP through four on the world no.1.
