Your support makes all the difference.Europe have won the 2018 Ryder Cup after a thrilling afternoon in the Sunday singles. After coming into the final day 10-6 behind, USA upped the pressure with early points on the board with wins for Justin Thomas, Webb Simpson and Tony Finau.
But the Europeans held their nerve as Jon Rahm, Ian Poulter and Thorbjorn Olesen all won their matches, and they sealed the trophy when Francesco Molinari beat Phil Mickelson when the American conceded 16th tee.

Jon Rahm vs Tiger Woods (1UP)
What an eagle! Tiger Woods approach into the ninth is a work of art and it's nothing more than 12ft away. He's struggled with his putter but it just about catches the right-lip and finally there's some emotion. It's not half-hearted either. Woods unleashes a huge punch into the air.
Ian Poulter (1UP) vs Dustin Johnson
Another wayward putt from Johnson scuppers his par save and Poulter is back in the ascendency. It's hard to believe that Johnson is the world no.1 with putting like that.
Henrik Stenson (1UP) vs Bubba Watson
In the penultimate group Henrik Stenson has broken the deadlock with a birdie on the par-5 third.
Francesco Molinari (3UP) vs Phil Mickelson
Big Frankie will not be stopped. It's another birdie and Mickelson just can't buy any form. They've only played five holes.
The Italian is set to go 5-0 at the Ryder Cup.
Rory McIlroy vs Justin Thomas (A/S)
Rory McIlroy did all the hard work at the fourteenth but he's given it away to Thomas. He was left of the green and had a really tricky pitch up the slope to contend with. He managed to get it to stick about 5ft from the hole but has missed the short putt and it's all square again.
Jon Rahm (1UP) vs Tiger Woods
Here's that Tiger eagle celebration:
Tommy Fleetwood vs Tony Finau (5UP)
The rest of this one is just a formality now. Finau makes birdie on nine to win the hole. Fleetwood has completely lost all form overnight.
Tyrrell Hatton vs Patrick Reed (1UP)
Patrick Reed makes a birdie on the fifth and that'll do for the struggling American.
Thorbjorn Oleson (4UP) vs Jordan Spieth
Olesen is playing spectacularly. Spieth's not been at his best but very few players have birdied the par-3 eighth today. A big fist pump by the Dane.
