Gary O’Neil will be hoping to push his Wolves team into the top half of the table as they host Everton at Molineux this afternoon. The midlands club are in good form with two wins from their last two matches including a 4-1 hammering of Brentford last time out.

Should Wolves replicate that form this afternoon they can easily challenge Sean Dyche’s Everton who are looking to move further away from the relegation zone.

The Toffees’ 10-point deduction has sent them into a relegation battle as they are one point above the bottom three. Consecutive defeats to Tottenham and Manchester City halted a winning run of four league games in a row for the Merseryside club who will be hoping to get back to winning ways this afternoon.

Onana is down again, and this could spell the end of his involvement. It seems he was caught on the heel by Semedo a few minutes ago, and Dyche now has Andre Gomes out warming up.

Semedo slips a neat pass down the line for Cunha, who drives a low cross into the area. Tarkowski flicks out a heel and diverts it towards the edge of the box, where Sarabia is penalised for a foul on Keane.

Everton are enjoying a more sustained spell of possession now, with Wolves seemingly happy to sit off a little more after opening the scoring. The Toffees are moving it well without really making any headway.

This is the eighth consecutive calendar year in which Everton's final league game is away from home. They're unbeaten in their last four, beating Newcastle United in 2019, Sheffield United in 2020 and drawing with Chelsea and Manchester City in 2021 and 2022 respectively.

There's a slight concern for Everton as Onana goes down with nobody around him inside his own half. He's quickly back to his feet, but he seems to be moving somewhat awkwardly.

Kilman is perhaps fortunate to win a free-kick near his own corner flag, having gone down easily under pressure from McNeil.

CLOSE! Cunha drives upfield for Wolves again before offloading for Doyle. He feeds his pass out to Semedo, who flashes the ball across the face of goal, and Sarabia is just unable to get a touch! Another good chance for the hosts.

Wolves have now scored in each of their last 17 Premier League home games – they last had a longer scoring streak at Molineux in the top flight between April 1965 and April 1968 (22 games).

CHANCE! That's as close as Everton have come! McNeil finds a pocket of space, turning to play Calvert-Lewin in down the right-hand channel. The angle is tight, and the striker has to flick it over Sa, but it just drifts across goal and away with no team-mate there to attack it.

That was just Kilman's second Premier League goal, and both have come against Everton!
