David de Gea is on the verge of signing a new £350,000-a-week contract to keep him at Old Trafford, while United keeper Dean Henderson is set to go out on loan at Sheffield United.

Jadon Sancho is set to reject any move to United or elsewhere and continue his progress at Borussia Dortmund in the near future.

Jay Rodriguez is returning to Turf Moor, the Daily Mail have reported.

The £10m deal is expected to be finalised soon, with Burnley agreeing to pay the West Brom forward’s release clause.

Rodriguez, 29, began his career at Burnley, before moving to Southampton for £7m in 2012.

Barcelona have beaten off competition from Paris Saint-Germain to sign English starlet Louie Barry. 

The West Brom sensation's contract has expired, leaving the Spaniards with a bargain and one for the future. 

The Sun claim the 16-year-old rejected a new contract and even underwent a medical with PSG before Barcelona stole him at the 11th hour.

Monaco midfielder Youri Tielemans has agreed personal terms with Leicester City, according to Sky.

The Belgium international spent last season on loan at the Premier League club, and is expected to join on a permanent deal later today.

At £40m, the 22-year-old would become the Foxes' record signing.

Semedo joins on a season-long loan, while Ribeiro joins permanently.

Arsenal are nearing a deal for Saint-Etienne centre-back William Saliba.

The north London club are in the advanced stages of discussions to sign the 18-year-old for a fee of around £25m.

The specifics of the transfer have not yet been finalised, as Roland Romeyer – president of Saint-Etienne – is insistent that Saliba should remain with the Ligue 1 side next season, according to the Evening Standard.
