Your support helps us to tell the story

From reproductive rights to climate change to Big Tech, The Independent is on the ground when the story is developing. Whether it's investigating the financials of Elon Musk's pro-Trump PAC or producing our latest documentary, 'The A Word', which shines a light on the American women fighting for reproductive rights, we know how important it is to parse out the facts from the messaging.

At such a critical moment in US history, we need reporters on the ground. Your donation allows us to keep sending journalists to speak to both sides of the story.

The Independent is trusted by Americans across the entire political spectrum. And unlike many other quality news outlets, we choose not to lock Americans out of our reporting and analysis with paywalls. We believe quality journalism should be available to everyone, paid for by those who can afford it.

Your support makes all the difference.

Clucas picks up the ball and he puts it wide to Niasse, who charges up the field and delivers it back into the box and it finds Clucas once again. The 26-year-old was unmarked and puts the ball into the back of the net.

GOAL

SWANSEA 1 - 1 BURNLEY

Gray has levelled the scoring from the spot.

However, it looks although it actually hit Vokes's arm inside of the box. So, the Swansea players are shocked as to why it was given in Burnley's favour.

GOAL

STOKE 1 - 0 MIDDLESBROUGH

Arnautovic takes down a long ball from Whelan, beats the goalkeeper and then buries the ball into the back of the net. The visitors look weak defensively and they have been expertly exploited here.

WATFORD 1 - 1 SOUTHAMPTON

Deeney is yellow carded for a high-footed challenge and he's lucky to still be on the pitch after that one. It's unintentional, but very dangerous.
