At such a critical moment in US history, we need reporters on the ground. Your donation allows us to keep sending journalists to speak to both sides of the story.

For the Gunners, the top four is now out of sight and they are content with chasing Chelsea in fifth above them while holding off the charge of Burnley from below.
Newcastle meanwhile are sitting pretty above the relegation scrap, seemingly safe on 38 points, and can now target a top-half finish which would be an impressive achievement from a squad which many experts tipped to struggle this season.

27: Another long ball forward by Newcastle creates a chance for Dwight Gayle. This time it's Jonjo Shelvey who finds Gayle with a splitting pass from the halfway line. Shkodran Mustafi matches Gayle's run and shepherd the ball behind for a corner, which comes to nothing.
Newcastle 1-1 Arsenal
Another long and precise ball forward from Jonjo Shelvey is met by Dwight Gayle, this time he has space to lay the ball to DeAndre Yedlin who fires a cross into the box. Arriving at the front post is Ayoze Perez who uses the pace on the pass to guide the ball beyond Petr Cech at the near post.
31: That Newcastle goal belongs to Jonjo Shelvey as much as anyone else. His ability to find forward runners with long passes is causing the Arsenal defence all kinds of problems. What is alarming is the amount of space he's being afforded, nobody in a blue shirt seems to be assigned to close him down.
39: Alex Iwobi draws a clumsy foul from Florian Lejeune on the edge of the area. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang lines up the free kick which hits the wall, but comes back to Granit Xhaka. He plays a diagonal pass to Shkodran Mustafi who heads the ball across goal to Callum Chambers who heads wide. It could very easily have been 2-1 to Arsenal.
42: A poor Arsenal finish spares the Mo Diame's blushes.
The Newcastle midfielder is pressed by Mohamed Elneny and loses the ball to Alexandre Lacazette in a dangerous area. He drives towards the penalty area and lays the ball to Joe Willock on his left. The youngster swings a foot at the ball but his first time effort is dragged wide.
Newcastle 1-1 Arsenal
Arsenal's leading marksman Alexandre Lacazette gave Arsenal a great start when he met Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang's cross to open the scoring.
Jonjo Shelvey's long passes were causing problems for the Arsenal and Newcastle eventually unlocked the Gunners when DeAndre Yedlin's low ball was turned in by Ayoze Perez.
Thierry Henry is clearly a fan of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang being played on the left wing.
"Usually the wingers for Arsenal come short and wait for it. Not him, he wants to get behind," Henry said on Sky Sports who added he was impressed with Alexandre Lacazette's finish. "It's a great pass from Mustafi, very good cross and that's not an easy one."
