1 min - Manchester United 0-0 Borussia Dortmund: And that's the whistle. United get things underway.
2 min - Manchester United 0-0 Borussia Dortmund: Memphis pounces on a poor touch from Schmelzer at the back and looks like he might have just nicked it. The Dortmund manages to flick the ball away at the last second though to deny Memphis a clear path on goal.
5 min - Manchester United 0-0 Borussia Dortmund: Luke Shaw gets a touch on the ball at left-back. He looks strong and confident with the ball at feet after ten long months of absence. He surges forward up the half-way line, checks inward and distributes the ball along to the right. A great sight to see the Englishman back in action.
53 min - Manchester United 0-2 Borussia Dortmund: Another long ball over the top to Aubameyang and another dangerous charge from Dortmund. The forward meets the ball on the edge of the United box and brings it down with his first touch. It's not enough though and Bailly is there in a flash to push the Dortmund player off the ball. He spins away from Aubameyang with the ball and proceeds to clear the danger.
GOAL! Manchester United 0-3 Borussia Dortmund (Dembele, 56 min): Fantastic goal from the French youngster! Dembele picks the ball up from just inside the United half, drives past two players before firing in the ball from the edge of the box from the right into the near post.
