It’s the final home game at the Etihad Stadium for a memorable – and utterly dominant – season for Manchester City, at it will culminate with Pep Guardiola getting his hands on the Premier League trophy for the first time.

City face Huddersfield Town, who still aren’t safe from the drop, looking to hit the 100 point mark, which they can only do by winning their remaining three games.

Huddersfield are nearly safe as Swansea and Southampton play each other next but could do without a heavy defeat given their inferior goal difference – it is the second worst in the division.

Here come the players now to receive their medals! A few, like Aymeric Laporte, are wearing scarves. Hardly comfortable, but that's nothing compared to Richard Scudamore in his full suit. He looks happy enough, mind.

Manchester City lift the Premier League trophy to a chorus of 'Hey Jude' amid a ton of blue confetti.

It's been a foregone conclusion for so long, but City have been utterly sensational champions. Pep threatens a smile, but he should be showered in champagne. The transformation of this side has been immense, even if they did suffer Champions League disappointment

Even Graeme Souness is smiling!

With good reason, Pep surprises the Sky Sports pundit with his own City shirt, with the number 65 on his back. It's Souness' 65th birthday today.
