After the chaos of goals and red cards during Saturday’s Premier League fixtures, there was letting up on Sunday as Liverpool were stunned by Bournemouth.

The Cherrys came from 3-1 down to snatch a 4-3 victory in injury time as Jurgen Klopp's side suffered their first Premier League defeat since August.

In the later kick off, Manchester United were left frustrated again by Everton, who held them to a 1-1 draw, leaving Jose Mourinho still looking for his second Premier League win since early November and their first away from home since the 1-0 win over Hull in August.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic gave United a first-half lead but former Evertonian Marouane Fellaini, who came on as a substitute, gave away a clumsy penalty which Leighton Baines gratefully converted in the 89th minute.

Bournemouth look energetic from the off, as they hunt down possession. Klopp's men are controlling the tempo so far, but it will take time for both sides to settle today.

Mane is looking sharp in the middle of the park - his first touch is faultless. He pings the ball out to Milner on the left, who sends a ball into the dangerzone, but it's dealt with comfortably by Cook.

Bournemouth charge into the Liverpool half for the first time, but it's a wasted opportunity as Wilson runs the possession into trouble and looses possession. That's better from Howe's men.

It's a defensive nightmare from Arter who looses possession on the edge of his own box, but his teammates are quick to react and clear the danger. That will be a wake up call for The Cherries.

Corner kick for Liverpool.

It's been a confident start from Klopp's men, as they dominate with 64% possession so far. They are starting to expose the weaknesses of Bournemouth at the back.

Milner goes to ground following a clash with King, just outside of the penalty area. Free kick to Liverpool.

A Liverpool attack is led by Origi, but he's looking shaky today. He plods forward with no real menace and looses possession. The Bournemouth defence are holding up so far, but a goal is certainly on the horizon for the visitors if things don't change.

GOAL

BOURNEMOUTH 0 - 1 LIVERPOOL

It comes of no surprise that Liverpool have broke the deadlock, with Mane getting his name on the score sheet. He picks up the over the top through ball, beats Ake and pokes the ball past Boruc in style.

That is his seventh goal of the campaign - making him Liverpool's leading scorer in all competitions.

GOAL

BOURNEMOUTH 0 - 2 LIVERPOOL

They've doubled their tally and what a strike that is from Origi. He bombed through the Bournemouth defence and done a heavy touch past Boruc, then slotted it home from a tight angle. An exceptional finish from the youngster - that should inject him with confidence for the remainder.
