Meanwhile Luton Town are making their first appearance in the Premier League, having risen from non-league in an incredible decade of progress. They followed Championship winners Burnley and second-placed Sheffield United in earning promotion to the top flight.

Nottingham Forest vs Tottenham Hotspur
As for Spurs, they were on a five-game winless run of their own but brought that to an end with a much-needed 4-1 win over Newcastle United on Sunday. During that run, Ange Postecoglou's side set the unwanted record of scoring first in five consecutive matches but failing to win any of them. They'll be looking to build on their victory last weekend with another here, and if they come away with three points, they'll be level on points with Manchester City, who sit above them in fourth.

The pressure has been mounting on Steve Cooper in recent weeks, but he could lift a little of that with a scalp here, especially as it would lift them a little further away from the relegation zone, which they are currently five points clear of in 16th place. Forest have struggled for form in recent months, but they ended a four-game losing run, which included a heavy 5-0 defeat away at Fulham, with a 1-1 draw against Wolves last time out. They've actually won just one of their last 12 outings (D5 L6), which was at home when they beat Aston Villa 2-0.
