Manchester United saw a £70m bid for Harry Maguire rejected earlier this week, while Manchester City broke their transfer record on Thursday when they completed the signing of defensive midfielder Rodri from Atletico Madrid. West Ham are engaged in another bitter transfer struggle with wantaway striker Marko Arnautovic, with Shanghai SIPG placing a £22m bid for the Austrian, who has since handed in another transfer request.
Arsenal‘s £40m bid for Wilfried Zaha was swiftly knocked back by Crystal Palace, however, the Gunners are still prioritising the winger over Malcom, who has reportedly been offered to the club by Barcelona. Meanwhile, another Barca star could be on his way to the Premier League after the odds on Ousmane Dembele making a switch to Liverpool overnight. Elsewhere, Juventus have lodged an opening £58.3m offer for Dutch centre-back Matthijs de Ligt. Follow all the day’s transfer news live below:

BREAKING: West Brom have signed Croatian midfielder Filip Krovinović on a season-long loan deal from Portuguese side Benfica.
Krovinović, 23, will join fellow countryman Slaven Bilić at the club following his appointment as head coach.
The former Rio Ave man played just 12 games last season in all competitions and struggled with a serious cruciate ligament issue.
Transfer confirmed: Real Sociedad have signed Real Madrid starlet Martin Ødegaard on a season-long loan deal.
The 20-year-old spent last season on loan at Vitesse Arnhem where he played 39 games, scoring 11 goals and providing 12 assists.
Sky Sports reports that West Ham is now the preferred destination of Celta Vigo striker Maxi Gomez but to seal the deal the Hammers will have to pay the Uruguayan's £45m release clause.
Valencia's player-plus cash offered had been accepted by Celta and some of the players had even arrived to begin their medicals before the revelation that Gomez would now prefer a move to the Premier League.
Transfer confirmed: Nottingham Forest have announced the signing of Portuguese midfielder Tiago Silva from Feirense.
The 26-year-old has signed a two-year deal at the City Ground after scoring five goals and laying on nine assists last season as Feirense were ultimately relegated from the Portuguese top flight.
Sky Sports reports that Fulham face the risk of losing starlet Harvey Elliot after the 16-year-old rejected the offer of a new contract at Craven Cottage.
Elliot made Premier League history in May becoming the youngest ever player to feature in the competition at the age of 16 years and 30 days.
Liverpool, Real Madrid, Barcelona and RB Leipzig are all thought to be very interested in the player. Whilst Fulham would be due significant compensation if he moved to another English side, if Elliot moved abroad Fulham would receive very little in comparison.
Transfer confirmed: Following on from reports earlier today, Anderlecht have confirmed the signing of former Arsenal, Manchester City and West Ham midfielder Samir Nasri.
Nasri, 32, will link up with former City teammate Vincent Kompany, who is now the player-manager of the Belgian side.
ESPN reports that Inter Milan are set to submit a player-plus cash offer for Manchester United's Nemanja Matic.
New Inter boss Antonio Conte is willing to offer £10m plus Belgian midfielder Radja Nainggolan to tempt United into sanctioning a move for Matic.
Matic, 30, signed for United for £40m from Chelsea in the summer of 2017 when Jose Mourinho was in charge of the Old Trafford club.
Tottenham Hotspur Women have announced seven signings today ahead of their first ever Women's Super League campaign.
Four-time WSL champion Gemma Davison has joined from Reading, whilst Ria Percival and Becky Spencer have joined from London rivals West Ham.
Barcelona say they know that Neymar wants to leave PSG, but add the French champions do not want him to leave.
Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu said: "We know that Neymar wants to leave PSG, we know that, but we also know PSG do not want him to go. Do we want him to come? We don't talk about players from other teams, we have the maximum respect as an institution."
Neymar has fallen out of favour with PSG and was told by the club's owner he can leave if he likes. Barcelona are said to be interested in bringing him back to Camp Nou, although will have to sell to raise the funds to do so.
Bartomeu added: "(Osmane) Dembele is young, talented, offers something different. I consider him better than Neymar. He has so much room to grow and we want him to do it here."
