Goals from Jill Scott, Ellen White and Lucy Bronze were enough to secure the Lionesses safe passage into the final four and a match up with either hosts France or holders USA in Lyon on Tuesday.

39 mins: Lovely move from England. Ellen White gives the ball to Kirby who puts a beautiful cross into Parris on the far post. Parris heads the ball back across goal and Hjelmseth sends it out for a corner.
England send the ball into the box but give away a free kick.

40 mins: GOAL! That's the second!
Houghton sends it to Bronze who has drifted forward and wide on the right wing. Parris is waiting inside and Bronze finds her. Her pace takes her past Mjelde and into the box. Hjelmseth comes out but Parris squares it to White who taps it in for her fifth goal of the tournament!

44 mins: It's been a great first half for England. They've been potent in attack on the right side and have two goals to show for it.
Norway have had their moments but England have defended well and taken their chances.

45+1 mins: Stokes sends a cross in from the left wing, it beats Hjelmseth and finds Scott on the far post. She can't turn it goalwards though so England have to settle for a two-goal lead at half-time.

It hasn't been a perfect performance but England have the lead. Cut out the mistakes, tighten up the lines and England will win this game comfortably.

SECOND HALF: Norway restart the match, England have 45 minutes to hold on and they'll be in the semi-finals.
Norway have to give it everything to try and get back into the game.

48 mins: Good from Houghton!
Minde puts a floaty ball into the box and Herlovsen brings it down into the path of Hansen. Houghton recovers from a poor position to take the ball off Hansen as she's about to shoot and clear it away.
Sloppy then superb from England.

51 mins: England try to send White free on the counter attack but Mjelde and Thorisdottir shut her out. England win a free kick though, just to the right of the box, Duggan puts the ball into the area but it's headed out ot Bronze who shoots from range but Hjelmseth saves it easily enough.
