From reproductive rights to climate change to Big Tech, The Independent is on the ground when the story is developing. Whether it's investigating the financials of Elon Musk's pro-Trump PAC or producing our latest documentary, 'The A Word', which shines a light on the American women fighting for reproductive rights, we know how important it is to parse out the facts from the messaging.

At such a critical moment in US history, we need reporters on the ground. Your donation allows us to keep sending journalists to speak to both sides of the story.

The Independent is trusted by Americans across the entire political spectrum. And unlike many other quality news outlets, we choose not to lock Americans out of our reporting and analysis with paywalls. We believe quality journalism should be available to everyone, paid for by those who can afford it.

Norwich City host Chelsea at Carrow Road hoping to find a way past the Premier League champions and into the FA Cup fourth-round hat.

After a slow start to the season and stories of player unrest, Daniel Farke has managed to steady the ship and has Norwich perched in the middle of the Championship, and arrive in this fixture with unbeaten in their past three games.

Antonio Conte comes into this one amid a storm of flying accusations between himself and his Manchester United counterpart Jose Mourinho, and no doubt will be relieved that the focus returns to the football.

Will Chelsea leave Norfolk with their FA Cup hopes intact? Find out with our liveblog below:

14' - Norwich have given a good account of themselves in the early stages here.

Chelsea, on the other hand, haven't produced anything decent going forward. Maybe that's got something to do with the eight changes Antonio Conte made to his team for this one.

21' - Willian has been on the end of a couple of cynical fouls in the early stages. Referee Stuart Attwell has just pulled Timm Klose to one side for a word after the Norwich man tugged the Brazilian back inside the centre circle.

You'd suspect that will be the defender's final warning.

24' - David Luiz dithers at the back and is challenged by Alex Pritchard but, luckily for the Brazilian, the ball ricochets off the Norwich winger and out for a goal-kick.

Moments later Norwich have another opportunity but Pritchard's shot is blocked by Gary Cahill at the end of a counter-attack.

28' - Norwich's Josh Murphy tries his luck from distance but the winger's curled shot sails well over Willy Caballero's crossbar.

35' - Josh Murphy is played in on goal by James Maddison but Antonio Rudiger gets back well and the Norwich winger, under pressure from Rudiger, flashes his angled shot across right across the face of goal.

40' - Chelsea have been terrible in this opening period and you have to think they will improve in the second half after a roasting from boss Antonio Conte.

41' - David Luiz collects a booking for a late challenge on James Maddison on the half-way line.
