Everton vs Sheffield United
Everton secured their fifth consecutive Premier League win and clean sheet at Goodison Park with a 1-0 victory over the Blades. The Toffees created an xG of 1.73 in an impressive first-half display, with Doucoure denied twice by Foderingham before breaking the deadlock. A tame header was saved before the midfielder got onto the end of a cutback from Calvert-Lewin, but the goalkeeper made an excellent stop at close range. However, Doucoure then netted next to the goal after brilliant work from Calvert-Lewin, who rounded Foderingham before lifting a cross to him for a simple finish. The second half failed to get going, with neither side having a shot on target. The Blades went close when Brereton Diaz got onto the end of a cross from Lowe, but he headed over. Garner then should've doubled Everton's lead in stoppage time. However, he lifted his first-time striker above the bar. Everton will end the season with a trip to Premier League challengers Arsenal, with the Blades hosting Tottenham. That's all, goodbye.
