Climate protesters cover Lionel Messi’s Ibiza home in red and black paint
Climate protesters have sprayed red and black paint all over Lionel Messi’s home in Ibiza.
Activists from Futuro Vegetal group were filmed painting the walls surrounding the Argentine’s home in Cala Tarida on Tuesday (6 August).
Some also posed with a banner by a swimming pool and football pitch where the footballer and his family holiday on the island.
The group, who last year vandalised the headquarters of Spain’s leading political parties, posted online of the damage done to the property.
Messi was not at the property when the vandalism took place.
