It is only the third time in 38 years that Britain has had fourth-round representation in both the men's and women's singles.
You have to go back 44 years to the last time the home nation had a man and woman in the quarter-finals, with Roger Taylor and Virginia Wade both making the last eight.
Expectations are high that Murray and Konta can match that, with both going into their matches as favourite.
Defending champion Murray takes on unpredictable Frenchman Benoit Paire, who has never made a grand slam quarter-final.
Murray is bidding to become only the third man to record 10 straight quarter-final appearances at a grand slam after Roger Federer and Jimmy Connors.

Murray is second up on Centre Court, after Venus Williams takes on Ana Konjuh.
It’s hard to give an exact time, but expect Murray out on court at around 2.30pm.

What have they been saying?
After his victories over Alexander Bublik, Dustin Brown and Fabio Fognini, Murray again finds himself up against an unorthodox opponent.
He said of Paire: “He again has a different game to a lot of the guys now. He has very good hands, moves well, takes a lot of chances, goes for his shots.
“He can be quite up and down. But he seems to have played pretty well so far at this event. I expect it to be tricky.”

I was only joking when I said this set is destined for a tie-break. Federer takes his third break point of the game and will serve for a one-set lead after the change of ends.
Berdych and Thiem into a fifth
Tomas Berdych and Dominic Thiem are into a deciding set on Court Three.
Meanwhile, Alexander Zverev and Milos Raonic are level at one set all.

Nadal dominates a rally to bring up three break points but Muller fends off all of them courtesy of some huge serving and accurate groundstrokes. A double fault by the 16th seed gives Nadal a fourth break point... and this time he takes it as Muller hits the net with a backhand!

Dimitrov sends a forehand well long on break point as Federer takes the initiative in this second set. The master is teaching the apprentice a lesson at the moment.

Federer brings up three set points in double-quick time - and he needs all three as the first two go begging courtesy of a backhand error and a supreme Dimitrov return. An unreturnable serve at 40-30 by the Swiss seals a two-set lead.
Berdych beats Thiem in five
Eighth seed Dominic Thiem is out after a five-set defeat by Tomas Berdych (6-3 6-7 6-3 3-6 6-3).

Back-to-back backhand errors by Dimitrov hand Federer the break in this third set. It's surely only a matter of time before the seven-time champion seals his passage into the last eight.

A stupendous forehand pass out of nowhere by Dimitrov brings up two break points but he can't take either of them. The Bulgarian fashions another opportunity with a return winner... and this time he takes it as a Federer backhand slice hits the top of the net. We're back on serve in this third set.
