The All Blacks secured a relatively comfortable 30-15 victory in the first Test at Eden Park, in which they physically dominated the Lions and outscored them three tries to two. The win led many to believe that the series was already a foregone conclusion, given New Zealand had not lost a Test at home since 2009.

That was until the second Test at the Westpac Stadium in Wellington, when a red card for Sonny Bill Williams changed the course of the series. The Lions took full advantage of the extra man to secure a thrilling 24-21 victory and outscore the reigning world champions two tries to nil, setting up the series for a shootout back in Auckland.

The Lions have not beaten the All Blacks over the course of a Test series since the famous 1971 tour, and it remains the only time that they have triumphed over them in their 129-year history.

Here’s everything you need to know about the third Test.

TRY ALL BLACKS!!

Jordi Barrett on his full debut scores after great work from Laumape and a wonderful offload. That had power, offloads and accuracy. These is has been a picture of the first half. His brother Beauden can't add the extras though.

40 mins: Barrett kick off for the second half but the ball doesn't go 10m and Davies gathers it up. Sloppy start.

44 mins: Barrett has gone to the corner and the All Blacks are driving from the resulting lineout... Savea touches down from a lovely long-pass from Jordi Barrett but it's gone forward!

48 mins: Here we have a real change. Ben Te'o is on for Sexton.

50 mins: It takes quite a hit to knock Alun Wyn Jones out but Kaino has done that with a stray forearm. Jones is groggy and goes off for a HIA. Is there going to be more trouble for Kaino? Yes there is, it's a yellow! Big chance for the Lions.

53 mins: Sexton is back on as the Lions are pinged for a forward pass as Watson tried to release Watson away.

Jack Austin8 July 2017 09:51

57 mins: A big mistake there from Daly. Dagg puts a great kick in to clear the danger but Daly fumbles his catch into touch and now the pressure is back on the Lions.

62 mins: The Lions are on the charge here as they work themselves into the 22. But they're pinged for a knock on just as the pressure was building!

65 mins: 15 minutes to go and the tour is completely level! What a final quarter of an hour we have in Auckland.

67 mins: The All Blacks win the penalty from the scrum! This is right under the posts and Sinckler is the one who has collapsed it. Barrett kicks it with ease and the All Blacks are back ahead! 15-12
