66 mins: Ben Youngs is running red hot out there, and once again it's Du Toit who buys the dummy whole hog. It opens the door for the scrum-half to link up with Farrell and send him over for England's fourth try. That's it for Youngs though as he leaves the field to a good ovation, and on comes Danny Care in his place.

70 mins: South Africa are all over the place, and turnover ball gives Farrell a huge gap to run through. He passes inside to Ford, possibly forwards, and the fly-half chips over only for Combrinck to collect in front of him. De Klerk clears and England have the lineout, as Ben Te'o comes on for his debut in place of Ford to move Farrell into fly-half. Billy Vunipola also leaves with Dave Attwood on.

71 mins: England give away the penalty as they try to pressure the South African 22, giving Goosen the chance to find touch on halfway. Speaking of debuts, Kyle Sinckler comes on for his first cap as the prop replaces Dan Cole.

76 mins: Nathan Hughes is in trouble here. He hits Goosen late after he's kicked the ball. However, Garces gives the Wasps back-row the benefit of the doubt and it's just a penalty. Combrinck comes up with a massive error though as he kicks the ball dead instead of into touch. Oops.

77 mins: Marler gives away another penalty and it's got a touch scrappy here. This time Combrinck finds touch on the 5m, but England's defence is strong. Danny care sniffs an interception, but just before he gathers his own deflection, he's barged off the ball and it counts as a knock-on.

79 mins: South Africa come left from the scrum, and they have an overlap. It's passed along the hands until Goosen misses out Venter and Willie le Roux dives over despite the attentions of Yarde. TRY FOR SOUTH AFRICA!

80 mins: Combrinck's touchline conversion is a beauty, and that makes it 37-21. Last play...

Full-time: England win a penalty, and despite the roar of the crowd to go for it, Farrell boots the ball into touch to clinch a 37-21 victory over South Africa.

Full-time: It proved to be a much more comfortable win than most England fans will have imagined, and after outscoring South Africa four tries to two, England finally end the 10-year wait for a victory over the Springboks. It maintains Eddie Jones's winning streak as England head coach, with the Aussie now taking charge of nine successful matches.

Full-time: Next up, England take on Fiji next week here at Twickenham, and straight away captain Dylan Hartley is talking about how they can improve, the hooker admitting the early penalties are not acceptable.
