Wales head coach, Warren Gatland, makes four changes for this final day clash, although three of those are enforced by injury. Alun Wyn Jones, Sam Warburton and Alex Cuthbert all miss out after picking up knocks in the narrow loss to England. The one tactical change sees scrum-half Rhys Webb return to the starting XV for the first time this year, and he replaces the in-form Gareth Davies.
Italy meanwhile make five changes in Brunel's final match in charge. Andrea Pratichetti starts at 13 in the absence of Michele Campagnaro, while Tommaso Allan returns at fly-half in place of Edoardo Padovani - the fourth No 10 of the campaign. In the pack, it's all change in the second row as Quinton Geldenhuys is restored alongside Valerio Bernabo.
Here we go then, the players are ready in the tunnel, the lights drop inside the Principality Stadium and out come the two teams, led by Dan Lydiate and Sergio Parisse!
Let's finish with a flourish. #CymruAmByth#SixNations

The Italians belt out their national anthem with all the passion and gusto you expect from them, but it doesn't quite match a packed out Principality Stadium getting behind their Wales side with a rousing rendition of Hen Wlad Fy Nhadau. We're nearly ready to get underway...
