Your support makes all the difference.Lewis Hamilton clinched a dominant Hungarian Grand Prix victory for the eighth time in his career to tie Michael Schumacher's record for the most wins at one circuit, and take the lead in the 2020 Formula One world championship in the process.
Having set a blistering pole position time with a new lap track record, Hamilton powered away to dominate the entire race and secure his second successive victory, keeping everyone at bay and at one point lapping all cars up to fifth position before deciding to take an additional pit stop to go for fastest lap, which he duly took to claim an addition world championship point.
Behind him, Max Verstappen drove a phenomenal recovery drive after crashing in the rain on his way to the grid to hold off Valtteri Bottas and take second place following an incredible re-build job from the Red Bull team on the grid, while both the Ferraris of Sebastian Vettel and Charles Leclerc found themselved lapped on another disappointing day. In the UK, Sky Sports continue to hold the exclusive rights for F1, with Channel 4 only able to show the British Grand Prix later in the year.

Lewis Hamilton: "Believe it or not it's still pushing out there. Typically got that fastest lap at the end but it's all management and a big thank you to everyone back at the factory and even more to the engine guys for the great job in developing an improving this year. Honestly it was one of my favourite races, I was on my own but everything just worked.
"Right at the end their because I was managing the mediums it was good to get n the softs and get the extra points there.
"Round one was multiple different punches that I wasn't really ready for, but re-focussed like how I try after every race and bounced back."
Max Verstappen: "It wasn't the start I wanted obviously, but the mechanics did an incredible job and to repay them back with a second place is great.
"It was good, like new, so it was just on time but everything was working at normal.
"You never know, I was trying to my own pace and I could see he was gaining a second a lap, but following here is not easy and once he caught to within a second it affected him. I'm very happy with second.
"I thought I was not going to race so to be second is like a victory today."
Valtteri Bottas: "It was a pretty bad race for me. Lost it at the start, I reacted to a light on my dash and I don't know what it was, but I had to stop again and then go. No problem, but obviously lost many places and made the race very difficult.
"I think it was worth the gamble yes. It gave me the difference in tyre life but it didn't quite pay off.
"I think the car will be good there, I look forward to Silverstone but there's plenty to learn."
