Your support makes all the difference.Europe have won the 2018 Ryder Cup after a thrilling afternoon in the Sunday singles. After coming into the final day 10-6 behind, USA upped the pressure with early points on the board with wins for Justin Thomas, Webb Simpson and Tony Finau.
But the Europeans held their nerve as Jon Rahm, Ian Poulter and Thorbjorn Olesen all won their matches, and they sealed the trophy when Francesco Molinari beat Phil Mickelson when the American conceded 16th tee.

Jon Rahm vs Tiger Woods (A/S)
Ed Malyon:
Rahm, a hulking grizzly bear, batters it around this course with a sometimes reckless abandon but that shot was majestic. That might be the match to follow today.
Jon Rahm (1UP) vs Tiger Woods
This is the first time Jon Rahm has ever played with Tiger Woods but you wouldn't know it. He rifles it in for birdie to take the lead. Only one group today has halved the first so far.
Justin Rose vs Webb Simpson (1UP)
It all looked very tame at the par-3 second in this group. Simpson wants to see a par putt from Rose that he might not have yesterday and quite right he was too. He only had to go firm and straight but it's a bitty stabby and lips out on the low side. Very uncharacteristic from Justin Rose.
Tommy Fleetwood vs Tony Finau (A/S)
Tommy Fleetwood is on the tee to a rapture. There's not a man alive who could dislike him.
Rory McIlroy (2UP) vs Justin Thomas
Both men have birdie putts on the par-4 fourth that you've got to think should be made but again Thomas is twitchy. His glides by but there's no such mistake from McIlroy. After losing the first hole he's now 2UP through four.
Tommy Fleetwood vs Tony Finau (A/S)
Both men drive it down the fairway. After such trouble the first two days, not a single man has missed it thus far today. Finau's approach is very good and he has a makeable birdie putt but Fleetwood's has pushed it into the bunker and has a tricky par save from there.
Jon Rahm (1UP) vs Tiger Woods
Two poor tee-shots at the second. Rahm is in the bunker behind the green but plays such a subtle shot which gently dribbles down the slope to the flag. The greens are much faster today. Woods' chip down the hill however soars past but he makes the return. It stays at one.
Tommy Fleetwood vs Tony Finau (1UP)
Yep. I said it was a tricky downhill bunker shot from there and Fleetwood hasn't got enough spin on it. It's run all the way down into the water. Hole conceded.
Rory McIlroy (2UP) vs Justin Thomas
McIlroy is in all sorts of bother on the fifth. He missed the fairway with his drive and could only muscle it up into the greenside rough with his second. It's sitting down and he can't get it very close. Thomas should be able to claw one back here.
