The Swedes are coming into this game after having suffered a defeat against a 10-man Germany side. They conceded a late goal from a Toni Kroos free-kick five minutes into injury time.
Mexico have seen a string of success in the competition so far. They upset the defending champions in the group opener and went on to win over bottom of the group South Korea.

Werner hits the post for Germany but there's an offside given against Hector in the build up, he received the ball in the Korean's box but controlled it poorly and gave away a free kick while sprawled on the ground

Chance for Ozil, het gets the ball on the edge of Korea's box, hits it with his left but the sheer number of bodies blocks the shot

Sweden break away just before half-time, Berg gets the ball and runs it towards goal, he moves it onto his left and tries to feed the ball into the net on the near post but it hits the side netting
