Liverpool and Arsenal have made a "concrete approach" for Monaco midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko, according to French tabloid Le 10 Sport.

Fleetwood Town have completed the signing of Manchester City youngster George Glendon.
The 21-year-old has been on loan at the club and has now penned an 18-month deal.
