The prices are based on Bale leaving for £85m-plus Fabio Coentrao and Angel Di Maria, as is being reported by various publications today. On top of this, Roberto Soldado looks set to join Spurs regardless of whether they sell the Welshman to Real, with chairman Daniel Levy making the funds available to bring in the Spanish striker.
So with the £26m added to the £85m Bale deal, that gives us £111m to play with. Let the signings begin!
