Liverpool want midfield reinforcements
Having signed Alexis Mac Allister, Liverpool are keen to bring in at least two more top players, with Nice midfielder Khephren Thuram and Inter’s Nicolo Barella top of the shopping list, according to the Mirror.
Barella, who played for Inter Milan in their Champions League final defeat by Manchester City, has developed a big reptuation both in Serie A and on the international stage with Italy. The 26-year-old came through the academy at Cagliari before his move to Inter, and has clocked up 43 caps for his country.
His all-round box-to-box game would complement Alexis Mac Allister, while Thuram is another midfielder with a rounded game who, like Barella, can carry the ball through the centre of the pitch.

Bayern’s 21-year-old Dutch midfielder determines playing time is more important than staying in Munich
The Dutch Midfielder Ryan Gravenberch who made a move from Dutch Club Ajax to the German giants Bayern Munich for €18.50m last summer, appears unhappy in his current situation.
The midfielder, who didn’t register any goal contributions in his twenty-four Bundesliga matches, appears keen for more minutes.
He relayed to Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf that he doesn’t want to repeat another season like this last campaign, that saw Bayern win the Bundesliga.
Gravenberch stated his biggest goal is to play more on the pitch, and if that opportunity can be at Bayern, he is happy to stay.
However, if more minutes at Bayern doesn’t seem feasible, the Dutch Gravenberch would like to be on the move.

Chelsea set eyes on new attacking target from La Liga
Chelsea remain buyers in the transfer market in pursuit of providing newcomer manager Mauricio Pochettino with a squad that can immediatelly compete in next years Premier League.
Nicolas Jackson, a 21-year-old senagalese striker from the La Liga side Villareal has stood out to Chelsea representatives according to the evening standard. Jackson, who finished the La Liga campaign with 12 goals and 4 assists would bolster a lackluster Chelsea attack that struggled massively down the stretch of the Premier League campaign.
With Chelsea showing keen interest in the expensive and talented £100m Victor Osimhen, whom Napoli is very reluctant to sell, Boehly and Chelsea have found a great back up plan in case the Nigerian Osimhen stays put or doesn’t agree to terms with the Pochettino-led side.
Villareal’s Jackson is reportedly available for a fee of around £30million, a significant discount from Osimhen’s £100m tag. Jackson ,who ended the La Liga campaign on a tear scoring 9 in 8 matches, would heavily improve a Chelsea attack that just saw João Félix sent back to Madrid.
