Van Hecke travelled a long way upfield with the ball, only to be dispossessed by Maddison, who quickly mounts a counter. He tries to slide it through to Son, but Veltman is back on the cover to intercept.

There are shouts for a penalty from the Spurs fans and players for a handball against Dunk. He blocked the long-range strike, and it did hit his arm, but it was to his side and not in an unnatural position. A quick VAR check says the onfield decision was right.

Brighton are making a double change of their own now. Welbeck, who hasn't been as involved in the second half, goes off for Ferguson.

Van de Ven wins it back and decides to go for a more direct option with a long ball over the top for Johnson to chase. He does reach it, but a heavy first touch sends it bouncing straight out for a Brighton goal-kick.

WIDE! Gross shapes as though he's going to cross, but slides it down the left for Mitoma instead, and suddenly Spurs are scrambling. The winger pulls it back to Fati in the middle, but he drags his shot wide of the far post.
