Liverpool take on Wolves in their final match of the season at Anfield on Sunday, while Southampton travel to face Leicester City.

Liverpool take the Premier League title race into the final game of the season after beating Southampton 2-1 at St Mary's Stadium. The Reds close within a point of Manchester City at the top of the table as a result of their comeback win over the Saints. Ralph Hasenhuttl's men did take a surprise lead through a super strike from Nathan Redmond. However, Takumi Minamino responded with a blast from close range. Joel Matip found the net in the second half to secure the three points as his looping header beat Alex McCarthy. Liverpool will now be reliant on former captain Steven Gerrard and his Aston Villa team to do them a favour against Manchester City in the hope of securing the Premier League crown.
