Eden Hazard was the Blues' hero scoring twice to cancel out Roberto Pereyra's superb first-half equaliser and earn all three points and keep them in the hunt for the top four.

The Belgian scored his 100th for the club to open the scoring, while his 101st ensured Chelsea go two points ahead of Arsenal, who drew at Brighton.
Hazard's goal came either side of a wonder volley from Roberto Pereyra, who struck with the virtually the last kick of the first half from a Holebas corner.
