Maurcio Pellegrino’s side have only won once at home all season and sit just one point above the Premier League’s drop zone as it stands.
West Brom have made a slightly better start to the season but will be leapfrogged by Southampton if they lost at St Mary’s this evening.

Southampton have no new injury concerns ahead of the visit of West Brom.
Manolo Gabbiadini should start, having scored twice on his return against Newcastle, but Jeremy Pied remains out.
Both Ben Foster and Boaz Myhill are injury doubts for West Brom.
James Morrison, Oliver Burke and Hal Robson-Kanu are still sidelined.
42' - Good save! Maya Yoshida meets Steven Davis' corner with his head but Ben Foster makes a good save to deny the Saints centre-back.
45' - There will be a couple of additional minutes at the end of this opening period.
Half-time - Referee Graham Scott brings an end to a drab first half. Hopefully better to come after the interval.
