Eden Hazard celebrates after scoring Chelsea's third goal of the game
86' - That third goal has really killed this game as a contest and you have to say that Chelsea fully deserve all three points.
Antonio Conte's men have been marvellous going forward today, with Eden Hazard in particular shining for the visitors.

89' - Victor Moses wraps up victory for Chelsea, slotting home with his left foot after a wonderful pass from substitute Charly Musonda.
