Brighton are currently fifth from bottom in the Premier League but a win today will see them jump all the way up to 11th.
Chelsea, on the other hand, sit fourth and a victory for the Blues will see them move ahead of Liverpool and into third.
Brighton new boy Jurgen Locadia wasn't signed in time for him to play against Chelsea today but he spoke about his delight at joining the club a few moments ago.
"It was all a dream and I'm glad I'm here in the Premier League right now," Locadia told Sky Sports.
"I'm obsessed with football and I watch every game in the Premier League.
"I can bring power, precision, goals, assists and a lot of energy to the team."
Pre-match quotes from Chris Hughton
On his change of formation: "We have had a decent level of performance against the top teams but we haven't won any of those games, so sometimes as a manager you try something a little bit different that might put the game in our favour."
On whether this is a good time to face out-of-form Chelsea: "We have a chance in every game and we are at home. We will certainly have a go today in the way that we can and every game is an opportunity to get some points."

Pre-match quotes from Antonio Conte
On his decision to start Michy Batshuayi up front: "This season he has had many opportunities to play. He has to stay calm."
On how Chelsea can end their four-match win-less run: "Every game is different. We have to try to be focused offensively and defensively to try and get three points."
