The Cherries impressed for large parts of the first half and saw David Brooks hit a post after 18 minutes.
Everton, though, grabbed the opening goal just after the hour mark when Zouma headed home Digne's cross.
The hosts then wrapped up the three points when substitute Dominic Calvert-Lewin converted Lookman's low cross in added time.

United lead! Trippier gives the ball away to Lingard, who finds Pogba. The Frenchman plays a superb pass into the path of Rashford, who gets the ball out of his feet and drives the ball past Lloris into the bottom corner.
Half time: United go in a goal up at the break, then. They've executed their game plan well, defending resolutely and countering with devastating pace. The goal was a perfect example of that. Tottenham have a task on their hands now to turn this around after the break.
United get us going again. Can they hold on to their lead and move level on points with Arsenal?
