Following Liverpool and Arsenal's Christmas cracker on Friday night all eyes are on the blue half of Merseyside this afternoon for what promises to be another entertaining encounter between two of the Premier League's in-form teams.
Everton are renewed under Sam Allardyce and are unbeaten since the former England boss took the reins while Antonio Conte continues to have Chelsea on the coattails of the Manchester clubs in the race for the title.

47' - Close! Pedro almost opens the scoring for Chelsea just after the break but Jordan Pickford denies the Spaniard with a good save from 12 yards.
51' - Everton are forced into their third and final substitution of the match as Idrissa Gueye goes off with a hamstring injury and is replaced by Beni Baningime.
56' - Everton have looked far more dangerous going forward at the start of this second half than they did in the entirety of the opening period. The introduction of Sandro Ramirez has just given them that extra body in attack.
60' - Eden Hazard tries to up the tempo for Chelsea as he produces a lung-busting run to get on the end of Willian's through ball. However, the Belgian doesn't get too much further as Michael Kane dispossesses him with a magnificent slide tackle, much to the delight of the Goodison faithful.
66' - Good save. Jordan Pickford gets down low to his left to keep out Eden Hazard's left-footed drive.
Chelsea are beginning to turn the screw now.
70' - Willian's long-range effort goes well wide of Jordan Pickford's goal and that proves to be his last action of the match, as he is immediately replaced by Michy Batshuayi.
