Bournemouth have scored at least twice in each of their last five Premier League games, with their 12 goals in this run more than they’d netted in their previous 15 combined (10). It’s also their longest-ever run of scoring multiple goals in Premier League history. The Cherries will be confident that they can get back into the game with Forest down to 10 men.

Forest only had five shots in the first half, hitting the target twice, but the complexion of the game changed after Boly's controversial red card. Bournemouth controlled possession when they didn't have a man advantage but have taken complete control since. The Cherries have had 71.2 per cent of the ball and nine shots, with their only complaint being that they only hit the target with three of them. Ouattara is out of position at left-back, but he has had a superb game. The Burkina Faso international has had 49 touches and made four tackles.

Boly was sent off for a dubious second yellow card in a first half that ends goalless between Forest and Bournemouth. The hosts got off to a fast start in their first game under Nuno and forced Neto into two saves in quick succession. Wood and Elanga were both denied by low stops from the Brazilian. Solanke then crashed the side of the net from close range before Boly was shown a red card. He was first booked for a clumsy challenge on Solanke before a slide tackle on Smith saw him head for an early exit. He won the ball, but VAR couldn't get involved. Forest then shouted for a penalty after a cross from Toffolo hit Smith's arm, but it was waved away. Turner then made a simple save to stop a header from Semenyo, who also curled a strike wide.
