The game looked to be heading to extra time after Michy Batshuayi cancelled out Etienne Capoue's first-half opener.
But Gray struck in the 79th minute, converting Roberto Pereyra's cross from close range to earn a Wembley date for his side.

James pushes the ball past Otamendi and sprints past him only to be caught on the ball by Laporte. His pace is troubling Man City at the back.

Man City keep possession of the ball as they try to break down Swansea's defence. They're moving the ball a lot slower than they usually do but they win a corner. It's played short and out to Sane, Sane shoots and is denied, Otamendi has a go and is blocked out as well.
