Dani Ceballos is delighted with his move to the Emirates on loan from Real Madrid and has revealed the key behind snubbing Tottenham for their north London rivals. 

“The coach was the turning point in terms of me joining this massive club,” he told the club’s official website.

“He’s a Spanish coach and he knows me from my time at other clubs. I’m really happy to be able to help Arsenal achieve our objectives.

“I knew I had the confidence of the coach, which was very important for me from the start.”

Talksport are reporting that Tottenham have had an opening bid for Argentina striker Paulo Dybala rejected by Juventus.

They say that the North London club had offered £45 million for Dybala, which was swiftly rejected by the Scudetto holder.

Juventus want £80 million for Dybala who earlier in the week admitted that his future may lie elsewhere.

Hull City have announced the signing of Sean McLoughlin from Cork City on a three-year deal.

''The move has been going on for the past couple of weeks now, so to finally get over here and sign – I’m delighted.

“I’m buzzing to be here and to be a Hull City player. I know I’ve still got a lot to learn, but it’s a fantastic opportunity and I’m looking forward to the challenges ahead.”

Football Insider are reporting that Wolves are looking to sign Portuguese midfielder Edson Silva from Sporting Lisbon.

The 18-year-old has been likened to Manchester United and France star Paul Poga due to his playing style and he is regarded as one of the most exciting young prospects to emerge in Portugal in recent years.

Wolves face competition for Silva with Sporting keen to keep the teenager in Portugal, while Italian side Roma are also fighting for his signature.

Sky Sports are claiming that West Ham want to sign New York Red Bulls centre-back Aaron Longbut cannot complete a deal because he is unable to secure a work permit.

The 26-year-old, who is also a target for Marseille, Fiorentina, Rennes and Lyon has a £4m release clause and wants to move to the Premier League.

Brazilian centre back Miranda has announced that he has left Inter Milan in order to join Chinese Super League side Jiangsu Suning FC.

Announcing the news on social media, Miranda said that ''it was an honour to wear the shirt.''

FC Krasnodar have signed midfielder Rémy Cabella from French side Saint-Etienne, the club have confirmed.

The 29-year-old attacking midfielder began his career at Montpellier before spending two years in the English Premier League with Newcastle.

Watford have confirmed that Alex Jakubiak has joined Gillingham on loan for the season. 

The 22-year-old spent the last season on loan at fellow League One side Bristol Rovers, scoring five goals in 44 appearances in all competitions.
