Arsenal look set to get busy, despite a limited budget.

Wilfried Zaha was a key target, but their initial offer falling short of £40m appears to have upset Crystal Palace, who want much more.

Everton Soares of Brazil is an alternative, with the Gremio star admitting he has had an offer, but disclosing the club's name.

While the Gunners will battle Spurs for Dani Alves, with the veteran Brazilian earning the Golden Ball in the Copa America to prove his worth and now moving on from PSG.

City are also in the running with the north London pair, claim Mundo Deportivo.

Manchester United look ever closer to a deal for Harry Maguire.

The Sun claim an £80m move for the Leicester City star is close, with the fee agreed.

A £60m fee up front, plus £20m in add-ons appears likely to get the deal done.

Arsenal's risky transfer strategy continues, with the Gunners knocked back once again by Celtic in pursuit of Kieran Tierney.

Sky Sports believe the latest offer of £25m has been knocked back.

The Gunners are in the market for a new left-back and the Scotland star is the first choice for Unai Emery.

Would Liverpool fans welcome back Philippe Coutinho?

Calciomercato believe Jurgen Klopp will have the option to take the Brazilian back on a two-year loan.

The player has agreed, with Barcelona looking to move on 18 months after landing the former Inter star in a deal that could rise to £142m.

The option to buy after the two years for the Reds will be set at £88m, a heavy loss for the Catalans.

Leicester could use the money received from United for Harry Maguire to buy Lewis Dunk.

If the Foxes pocket £80m for the England international, Brendan Rodgers will move for the Brighton star, claim the Sun.

At £45m, they would still have £35m profit from the two deals.

Matthijs De Ligt will complete his €70m (£63m) move to Juventus today, report Gazzetta dello Sport.

The Ajax star has been in demand this summer, with PSG, Man United and Barcelona also keen.

But the Dutch centre-back appears to have chosen the Old Lady and a deal has been struck according to the report, with the player due in Turin later on Monday.

Juventus, once De Ligt has signed, will turn attention to Mauro Icardi and Federico Chiesa.

Gazzetta claim the attacking duo are the new priorities for Maurizio Sarri.

The pair would increase the plethora of options for Sarri in attack and put pressure on the likes of Gonzalo Higuain, or even Paulo Dybala to move in order to fund the moves, having already made big investments in terms of wages on 'free' transfers Adrien Rabiot and Aaron Ramsey.

Spurs are still hopeful of signing Nicolo Zaniolo from Roma.

A complex deal centres around the premise of exchanging cash and Toby Alderweireld or Moussa Sissoko for the Italy youngster - equating to the €50m asking price.

But the problem would be Inter would be due €7.5m as part of a 15 per cent sell-on cluase, but Gazzetta dello sport believe inter could waive their right to that cut if Roma agree to sell them Edin Dzeko at a lower price.

The current offer is €12m, but Roma would ideally want €20m.

West Ham have seen their £54m (€60m) offer for Andrea Belotti rejected by Torino.

The Hammers have been searching for a new striker, with Sebastian Haller and Gonzalo Higuain linked.

But Tuttosport believe they have been knocked back with their offer for the Italy striker.
