The new champions began the day on 92 points, and with four games remaining they can set a new benchmark for top-flight points. However they will have to do it without their captain Jordan Henderson after he was ruled out for the rest of the campaign, and face a Burnley side in good form since the restart.

Burnley are in good form right now, and Liverpool are without their captain, but even Sean Dyche will struggle to come up with a way to stop Liverpool in full flow. Liverpool 2-0 Burnley.
85 min: Deeney is replaced for the final few minutes by Cleverley. The former's two penalties could be the biggest goals of Watford's season.
85 min: It's all petering out a little at Carrow Road. West Ham are reserving their energy for future games. Norwich are down and out.
87 min: Cantwell has a go from distance but blazes it over. He's the only Norwich player to have scored at Carrow Road - in the FA Cup defeat against Manchester United - since the season restarted.
90+1 min: Five minutes of added time for Watford to manage. They've been impressive in the second half and Newcastle look to have run out of ideas.

It's all over at Carrow Road! Norwich are relegated, and will return to the Championship after one season back in the top flight. In reality, that was inevitable for a while before today's game. But this really cemented it. They were well beaten by a stronger, savvier and more accomplished West Ham team, who now look very close to safety. Antonio, of course, was the match winner, scoring four goals and building on what has been a hugely impressive restart.
Full time: Watford 2-1 Newcastle
The final whistle goes at Vicarage Road! A potentially massive three points for Watford, thanks to two emphatic Deeney penalties. Newcastle lead at half time, but the hosts were much better after the break. They're now six points clear of the bottom three, and have some breathing space.
West Ham and Watford are now on 34 points. The Hammers have a significantly better goal difference than the teams below them, too, so that's effectively an extra point. The attention will now turn to Bournemouth and Aston Villa, who both play at home tomorrow and can't really afford anything other than three points.
Disappointment for Norwich and their fans, then. There's been plenty to admire from Farke's team this season, but they have proved too defensively naive to cut it in the Premier League. They will, no doubt, be there or thereabouts in the Championship next season, though. The question for the club now is how things are done in the transfer market - there are several young players who will be on the radar of top flight teams: Cantwell, Godfrey, Buendia etc. And it will be interesting to see how Farke approaches next season.
It's over to Anfield next, where Liverpool are still chasing a record Premier League points total. Burnley will look to make things difficult, though. Sean Dyche's side have been at their resilient best of late, conceding just one goal in their last four and grinding out three 1-0 wins.
