Liverpool exorcised the ghosts of 2014 with a 2-0 victory over Chelsea to keep their Premier League title charge on track.
Sadio Mane's header early in the second half was followed moments later by a goal-of-the-season contender from Mohamed Salah and, after two uncharacteristic misses by Eden Hazard, the Reds regained the top spot they had lost 90 minutes earlier to Manchester City.
Salah's goal was worthy of winning a title let alone a game, but for now Liverpool will settle for the latter. A two-point lead over City, winners at Crystal Palace, was restored and proved Jurgen Klopp's previous assertion that no-one is getting rid of his side in this most enthralling of races. Liverpool 2-0 Chelsea
70 minutes: Liverpool 2-0 Chelsea
A free-kick is headed behind by Christensen, with Fabinho lurking. Corner.

The ball falls to Salah whose volley is blocked, and then Alexander-Arnold shoots at the near post, saved comfortably by Kepa.
74 minutes: Liverpool 2-0 Chelsea
Liverpool now, understandably, not pressing so relentlessly, and sitting a little deeper in their shape.
And on the break, they're a massive threat...
75 minutes: Liverpool 2-0 Chelsea
Third and final change for Chelsea: Ross Barkley comes on for Ruben Loftus-Cheek.
76 minutes: Liverpool 2-0 Chelsea
Jordan Henderson is hobbling off, which is worrying for Liverpool - he's been outstanding in this second-half.
Replaced by Mr reliable James Milner.
78 minutes: Liverpool 2-0 Chelsea
Alexander-Arnold's ball in behind almost finds Firmino, but Christensen does well to cover. Liverpool corner is cleared behind again by Luiz.
80 minutes: Liverpool 2-0 Chelsea
Firmino shoots on the turn after the second corner, and forces a decent save out of Kepa down low to his right.
At the other end, Chelsea break quickly: Alexander-Arnold clears for a corner from Hazard's cross into the box.
82 minutes: Liverpool 2-0 Chelsea
Mane, who has worked tirelessly all game, does brilliantly down the left and wins a corner.
83 minutes: Liverpool 2-0 Chelsea
Wijnaldum this time wins Liverpool another corner, as his back-heel is diverted behind. Salah's corner is poor though - doesn't beat the first man.
84 minutes: Liverpool 2-0 Chelsea
Andrew Robertson slips! But this time, Chelsea are wasteful, and don't take advantage.
And breathe Liverpool fans. And breathe...
